still no wifi and I hate posting from my phone, I don’t know how you guys deal with me, lol. still in the moving process but I have left you guys hanging long enough!
so I have no idea how the photos are going to line up so enjoy anyway!
I finally got my hands on the Peanut Butter and Honey palette from Too Faced and I am in love. I wasn’t a big fan of the PB&J palette, simply because I wasn’t big on the colours. purple is not my colour.
I love the PBH though, because if you haven’t already noticed I love the orange/red shades because it makes my eyes look more noticeable. This is my second favourite mini palette from TF along with the Sugar Pop palette. Which I don’t think I’ve even swatched for you guys yet!
I also REALLY like the yellow shade, which was surprising because I thought it would look horrible, but it actually goes really well with the other shades.
I will say the three light shades are hard to see on me, in terms of swatching, but they make really nice transition colours. also I will probably update this post tomorrow with swatches on a darker skin tone so you can really get a feel for the shades! so come back tomorrow and check that out!
anyway, ciao for now xox
Hello mah babies!
So today I thought I would let you know what products were my absolute favourites from last month! I also have been thinking about making this a permanent thing, and will try to post monthly about my overall favourites for said month.
Now, in November I did quite a bit of shopping BUT there were 3 things that seriously amazed me. I think it says a lot about these items that out of everything only 3 stuck out.
First is the Nip +Fab Viper Venom Micro Blur Fix. I have actually been on a Nip + Fab spree and am really loving some of their things. This actually reminds me of Porefessional from Benefit. But way cheaper. It blurs your pores to make them less noticeable and it makes your skin super smooth. I have been using it as a primer but also have been using it on days without make up. A definite 8/10 on a primer scale.
The Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation is my next thing. I have never fallen in love with a foundation so fast. Before this one I tried the Estee Lauder Double Wear and wasn’t a big fan. Which feels weird to say because everyone else loves it but it just wasn’t for me. BUT this stuff has been so great. It is full coverage, but doesn’t feel thick after application. It stays beautiful all day, even without setting spray. I seriously have nothing bad to say about this foundation. I have been through ALOT of foundations and I have never found one that I really felt was perfect for me until now.
Okay let’s talk plumpers. I love plumpers BUT I hate them, you know? Even with my hate for them, I picked up Too Faced’s Lip Injection Extreme and OH MY GOD. This is probably the first plumper that has actually plumped. Most plumpers give me that tingly feeling but my lips never look different. This stuff actually did what it said it would. On top of that, it doesn’t feel all sticky and tacky like a lot of plumpers. Too Faced has definitely changed how I feel about plumpers and I am glad I actually gave it a try.
Was there anything you have recently tried that really just over went your expectations?
Also, before I bow out on this post, we hit our 1,000 marker! This means keep your eyes out for an upcoming post about how to enter the giveaway and also information on the giveaway item!

Aloha my itty bitty gum drops! It’s been a hot minute since I did a MOTD so I thought today would be the perfect day to do it. Not only do I get a chance to do a MOTD but I get to share the new Urban Decay All Nighter foundation with you guys!
Now most of you may know, from previous posts, that my go to foundation is Born this Way. That has changed.
All Nighter is by far my favourite foundation. Especially during this horrid summer we are having in Virginia.
Not only is this the most smooth and full coverage foundation I have used, it is also waterproof. Yup. You read that right. This shit is not coming off. I didn’t even use my setting spray and this stuff STAYED. A con to Born this Way is that in hot weather like this, it tended to look cakey, so it was more of a winter/fall foundation for me.
However, All Nighter may just be a great year round foundation. It also blends and buffs REALLY well. It is honestly such a flawless looking foundation. To prove that, I will let you know that my photos for this post are unfiltered and unedited. So keep that in mind if you are on the hunt for a new foundation. It is worth every penny of the $40 it costs.
For the rest of the MOTD, details are as follows:
Brows: ABH dipbrow in soft brown. (also, in the process of growing my brows out, so ignore the bushiness)
Eyes: UD Smoky palette. Ardell cluster wispies. Maybelline Master Precise liner.
Highlight/Contour: ABH Moonchild Glowkit (STAR)/Lorac Pro Palette.
Blush: Too Faced’s I Will Always Love You
Lips: Trap by Colourpop.
What are you guys’ favourite summer products? If there was something I left out about a product feel free to ask below!
I want to start off with saying thank you guys for your participation in the giveaway, it is going so well. Don’t forget that it does last until the end of the month, so let your friends know so they can get entered for a chance to win.
So recently I bought the Lorac Unzipped palette. After struggling with the decision of whether I would rather have that or the Gold palette. Let me start by saying this palette is amazing. I really like the shades and the pigment is one of the best I have seen. Especially for the shimmer shades. It has quickly become my go-to day to day palette because I love how it really brings out my eye colour.
To be honest, I haven’t really done any extravagant looks with it, I just really like the basic looks I can create from it. This palette also blends a lot better than some others. If you haven’t already, I would definitely recommend adding it to your collection.
The rest of the products I used are:
Too Faced’s Born this Way Foundation in Ivory
Maybelline Fit Me Concealer
Too Faced’s blush in Jusify My Love
TF’s Better Than Sex mascara
Nyx’s Lingerie in Satin Ribbon
TF’s Brow Envy
Don’t forget to check out my previous post for the giveaway if you haven’t already.
See you guys soon xx
Hello beauties! This post is about a week late. Just got a root canal on Monday, so forgive me. First I want to go ahead and mention again that I will be posting rules for the giveaway soon, still working all the kinks out on how I want that to run. In the mean time we’ll talk about highlighters!
Now I don’t use highlighters too often. No real reason as to why, I just don’t. However, I wanted to share with you guys some highlighters that I have really been into. If you have tried them already, great, if not, maybe give them a try 🙂
From the bottom left and up are: the highlighter from the Lorac contour palette, the Ulta highlighter, TF Candlelight Glow, and Revolution. The Ulta one was just something that came in a gift with purchase thing, but it is actually pretty nice. Too Faced’s is really nice and smooth. My favourites, however, are the Lorac and Revolution. To me, those two just have more pigment, if you will. The Revolution highlighter does have more of a goldish hue to it, so I like it for more dramatic looks.
This is kind of a short and sweet post while I work on some other posts for you guys. So tell me, what are you favourite highlighters? Is there a specific one you think I’m missing out on and should try?
Aloha lovelies! I know its been a minute, I have just been busy getting some things together. So to start this off I want to say thank you SO much! We made it to 500 followers! That means keep an eye out because I will be posting the rules for the upcoming giveaway soon!
Anyhoo, today I thought I would do a MOTD. I’m going to show one of my favourite looks and what products you can use to get it.
First off, please don’t mind my eyebrows. I am in the process of growing them out, so some of you may understand the struggle!
This is a fairly basic look, I didn’t do any contouring or anything like that, just because it was a day I wanted to get some make up on and head out. For foundation, I used Too Faced’s Born this Way, which has quickly become my favourite foundation. It has great coverage and a nice matte finish.
Nyx’s Lingerie in Corset. I have recently become obsessed with this line. This lipstick lasts until I take it off, which is great!
For my eyes, I used the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar palette. I have been using this palette a lot lately. For this look I used peanut butter and puddin’ and coconut cream. I also used gel liner for a bit of a wing. Lastly, some demi whisps falsies.
So there you have it, quick and to the point!
What is your favourite eye palette?
Also, don’t forget to keep an eye out because in the next few weeks I will reveal the rules and directions for the giveway!
Happy hump day! :*
