December Favourites

Hello my beautiful little flowers! ūüėÄ

Quick reminder, if you are interested in entering the giveaway, please do so before time is up! Also, I wanted to apologize for not giving you much content these past few weeks, but I have been out of state for vacation. I thought I would stick to what I said, and give you a IMG_2149.JPGDecember Favourites!

All my faves from last month are all skincare related, so here we go:

First off, is the OFRA Drying Lotion. This is for those of you who are like me and get the randomest break outs, for absolutely no reason. Just shake it up and use it as a spot treatment. I usually leave it on overnight and wash my face in the morning. This stuff is seriously a miracle in a bottle. It dries the break out, which can, depending on the size of the break out, clear it up almost completely, or reduce it in size a good bit.  It has been a life saver, especially during my special time of the month, when my body completely hates me *insert eye roll here*.img_2148

Also, something I have been using is the Soap & Glory Peaches and Clean Deep Cleansing Milk. I am actually kind of annoyed with myself, because I forgot to bring this on my trip!

It works for all skin types and it seriously does SO much. It detoxifies, cleanses, removes make up, and moisturizes!

Not to mention this stuff smells like heaven. I actually really love S&G and have been meaning to make a post with my fav S&G things, so maybe I will do that when I get back home!

Next are some more Nip + img_2147Fab items! I believe I had a N+P product in my November Favs, so you may be familiar with the brand. One is the Kale Fix moisturizer and the other is the Kale Fix make up removing pads. The moisturizer is great and I think it would be especially great for dryer skin. You can notice a difference with your face as soon as it hits your skin. It also softens your face, which makes it feel SO smooth. The make up removing pads have the same affect. If you have dry skin, I honestly recommend you try this out.

What are some of your favourite products that you have been trying out?

xx

Cotton masks w/ bbeautylimited

bblmaskHello my little loves! I just renewed my domain, and something about that just felt exciting! I can’t believe it has been a year since I have started blogging. I’ve gotten to meet and talk to so many new people and try new things.

Speaking of which, lets dive in. So recently I got to try some great masks from bbeautylimited which is ran by Lisa and Madoka who are seriously sweet and lovely.

Let me tell you, these masks are wonderful. First off they are cotton sheet masks, so they are super easy to apply and remove and don’t make a huge mess. Lisa and Madoka were kind enough to send me a Papaya and Jojoba Oil mask. They were both amazing for their own reasons. The Papaya was my favourite in terms of smell, but in terms of how my face felt I found the Jojoba Oil very soothing.

As you all know, I am huge on skincare, and masks like these really pick your skin up. Especially with all this cold weather. I cannot say it enough you guys: exfoliate and moisturize. If not, this cold weather will seriously do your skin in.

So go give these lovely ladies a follow, and check out their products, you won’t regret it.

You can find them on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter @bbeautylimited as well as their website, linked at the beginning of this post!

What are some of you guys’ favourite sheet masks?

Lush for the holidays

img_1042Hello my little honeybees, sorry for the super late post! I’ve just started going back to school for my bachelors so I have been a little busy getting back into that routine. We are super close to our giveaway goal! Once we hit the mark I will post the instructions for entering!

So today, I wanted to share some of the amazing holiday product’s that some sweet people from Lush sent to me. Disclaimer: I am not endorsed or sponsored. Just a few PR goodies I thought I would share with you.

img_1043Let me tell you, their new holiday items are amazing and beautiful. I am always amazed by¬†how cute some of their products¬†are. First on the cute train, the Santasaurus bubblebar. Okay, can we talk about how adorable the name is? I mean, seriously. It smells just like their “Honey I Washed the Kids” scent, and it’s just freaking amazing.

The Sugar Plum Fairy lip scrub and tint are wonderful as well. I am a big fan of their lip scrubs and this is by far my favourite. The smell is just seriously amazing. *heart eyes emoji*

If you are in search for a new shower gel, Bubbly¬†is so good. I honestly love to just sniff it. It has a wonderful citrus smell. It actually kind of reminds me of something but I haven’t been able to put my finger on just what. Speaking of shower products, my new favourite thing is the Christingle body conditioner. Even though I feel like I’m rubbing Icy Hot and toothpaste on my body, I love the tingle and the way my skin stays moisturized after. Sleepy hand/body lotion is also great for moisturizing. I am super thankful for these products, especially with the¬†colder weather coming around, moisturizing is important because the cold weather dries me out so badly.

Nightly skin routine

So me and Emily (Beauty and Brushes) decided to discuss our nightly skincare routines witimg_1020h you guys! So make sure to check out her page to see what products she likes to use ūüėõ

My routine is pretty simple and quick. So I will list the products in the order I use them.  Some products you may remember from previous posts, and others you may not.

First, I use Radha Beauty’s vitamin C cleanser to remove any dirt and left over make up I may have left on my face.

I follow that with Formula 10.0.6’s One Smooth Operator to exfoliate and remove impurities.

I apply a thin layer of Radha Beauty’s Clear Skin Anti-Acne Treatment because my skin hates me, especially during my img_1021period D:

I usually leave that an hour or two then right before bed I apply Beyond Belief’s lift & firm eye cream and a vitamin c & hyaluronic acid serum combo.

There: Quick, simple, and easy!

Lush Favourites

Hello my little croissants, I hope you all are well!

Before I jump into this post, I want to remind you to keep eye, as by the end of this week I will be announcing the Colourpop giveway winner!

Now, if you haven’t tried anything from Lush, you really should. Lush is a company who makes a lot of organic and cruelty free products. I feel like you could try anything and love it. With that said, I wanted to share with you guys my absolute favourite Lush products. I usually like everything I try but these have been the things that I ALWAYS go back for.¬†lush1

Toothy tabs:

I have tried the Dirty Toothy Tabs, ¬†but I LOVE Chou Chou…I Love You. Basically these are little tablets that you crunch up and brush your teeth with. The Chou Chou tablets literally leave your breathe smelling like you just ate some flowers.

Dark Angel:

My FAVOURITE facial cleanser. Not just for Lush, but my overall favourite. It’s a charcoal and black sugar and is great for oily skin and blemishes. The black sugar also makes is a great exfoliator. A definite must try from me if you haven’t. Also, it smells like black licorice!

Mask of Magnamity:

Such a great facial mask, really helps to cleanse the pores and helps with exfoliation. I typically use it once a week and it really does wonders. It smells amazing too.

lush2Lip Scrub:

They’re are so many lip scrubs that are great but my go to is the Mint Julip. It smells like mint (duh) and you can lick the rest off and it tastes so yummy. Keep in mind that using lip scrub regularly is great for your lips and also makes for a great lipstick application!

Tea Tree Water:

I LIVE by this stuff. I use it every single day, as you can probably tell as the label is faded. It does wonders for your skin, honestly. It helps to balance skin tone and clear up excess oils. I have a normal to oily skin type so it really helps. It also helps with redness.
