So, lately, I have been working with and trying out Blue Apron, so I thought that I would share a recipe a really fell in love with this past week.
For those of you who may not know what Blue Apron is, it is a food service that sends recipes (along with all the items needed) to your door each week. The ingredients are fresh and overall it just makes cooking fun because you aren’t eating the same old meals you usually do. You can also control what type of meat/poultry products you want to receive. There is also a vegetarian option.
Anyway, blah blah blah’s aside. I wanted to share my recipe from this week, because I am seriously in love with it.
Now, I don’t typically eat pork, but the Lemongrass Roasted Pork was great. It’s a little bit of sweet and a little bit of salty, and I think that’s why I love it so much. Also the link before, shows the complete recipe with step-by-step instructions.
It consists of pork, jasmine rice, a sweet chili sauce, and cauliflower. The best part of Blue Apron is that they literally send you everything you need to make the recipe. The only thing you need to supply is oil, salt, and pepper. What’s also great is the recipes are usually 500-700 calories, so the meals are great if you are a healthy eater.
